If i have one glass of red wine at 6 pm, and then take zzzquil around 11 pm, will i be okay?

Probably : Zzzquill’s main ingredient is diphenhydramine aka Benadryl and it does mix with alcohol and increase it’s sedative effects. The other ingredients include alcohol. If you have poor liver function for any reason this may be a problem. Most likely you will just go to sleep. You may have more of a hangover than you would expect. It’s god to not combine meds and alcohol in general
