Depends on location:: Depends on the location of the sore muscles. Usually I use a cold or hot pack( whichever you like), massage, stretching exercises or a hot shower usually helps. All of these measures or some might help, to a varying extent. So try them as they do not have any major side effects. Use the hot pack wrapped nicely in a towel or in a pillow case, so it does not cause a skin burn. Good luck!
