Interesting: What makes you believe you are/were fertile to begin with ? May or may not be due to unrelated issues. By catching it early, you did what you can do. There is a great chance it did not have time to hurt you that way. When you try later, give it a year before you start looking for a reason. They can investigate this but I wouldn't go through it until you know you need it.
