This requires: a hands on visit....but it sounds like you may have a pinched those arm nerves somewhere from your neck (Cervical spine , disc etc) to under your arm (axillary plexus) Get it checked out there most likely is SPECIFIC TREATMENT Hope this is helpful Dr Z

Neuropathy: Pain radiating up one arm from the hand to the shoulder suggests that you have a nerve problem, an entrapment neuropathy. It sounds a bit severe for carpal tunnel syndrome but that is one possibility. It could also be a problem in the shoulder with the pain actually radiating downward. Call your primary physician when his/her office opens.
