See a Doctor: Need to see a Doctor to get an X ray. Perhaps it is a non union of a fracture or perhaps it just needs to be immoblized to heal. Meaning splint or cast for 6 weeks. There are some fractures that need to be fixed with surgery and internal fixation devices to hold their alignment. All those decisions depend on what the bones looks like. Need to get an X ray. Then see an Orthopedic physician
