May be hypoglycemic: You may be hypoglycemic. After eating processed sugars, you can have an Insulin spike that lasts longer than the sugars and it drops your blood glucose, low, leading to hypoglycemia and headaches. After exercise, you may have used up much of your endogenous stores and then become hypoglycemic. Discuss with your primary. Keep juice handy and next headache after workout, see if it juice helps.
