Obstetrician exam: Normal vaginal discharge when you are pregnant is called leukorrhea and this is thin, white, milky, and mild smelling. Based on what you have described I suggest an exam by your obstetrician as soon as possible to rule out an infection or another problem. I wish you and your baby well!
