Infertility: Attempts at pregnancy with "irregular periods" may take longer, since ovulation "timing" is going to be unpredictable as well. Ask your gyn provider about both ovulation induction with Clomiphene, and a hysterosalpingogram ( essentially an x-ray to determine tubal patency).
