Could be normal: It is very common to have irregular bleeding during the first month or two of birth control pills. It's also common to have bleeding for the first 4-6 weeks after having a baby. I would continue taking the pills as directed, and I would expect your cycle to normalize by the third pack. Also, let your obstetrician know about your symptoms when you go in for your post partum exam.
