I took postinor 2 four days ago and i want to start qlaira. i have never before used hormonal contraceptives ( except as stated above) do i still need to wait until the first day of my period to start qlaira?

Yes, but...: If a person does not do that, and has been having sex, and has taken Emergency Contraception like Postinor 2, she may still be ok because the Qlaira will reset her cycles to match her Qlaira schedule. However, to be sure she is not pregnant already, she should do a home pregnancy test in about 3 weeks unless she gets normal withdrawal periods on the inactive pills every 28 days.
