See Obstetrician : Your Obstetrician can prescribe an antibiotic which is safe for you and your baby, perhaps Erythromycin. Also you must drink a water and maintain good hygiene. I strongly suggest seeing your Obstetrician as soon as possible to follow up on this in the best interest of the health of you and your baby.
