Nausea/progesterone?: Stopping norethisterone should not produce nausea and weakness by itself. Progesterone as a birth control agent is not 100% protective against pregnancy. Get a serum HCG test to make certain you are not pregnant. Bleeding may not be from your "period", but could be from a tubal pregnancy. See your gyn provider immedicately if the HCG test is positive.
