Phimosis: A "tighter foreskin" sounds like a condition known as phimosis. As the condition worsens, it can sometimes become difficult to properly retract the foreskin and properly clean the penis. This can lead to recurrent inflammatory and infectious issues. You may want to get this looked at by a local doc.

Phimosis is the: Name of a condition where an adult male cannot retract his foreskin. This may not be your case but please see your doc who can treat it w/steroid cream if needed. Circumcision is sometimes indicated or a small surgical slit to loosen. Peace and good health.
