Nocturnal emissions: Sounds like you mean you have multiple emissions during the day as well. Are you on any new medications? In any case, please see your doctor. He/she may refer you to a urologist. Peace and good health.

12-15 hours per day: On average, an infant will sleep roughly 12-15 hours per day. For most babies, that will be a combination of 10-12 hours at night and 2-4 hours of napping throughout the day.

Must my child eat a balanced diet every day?

Good luck trying: The balanced diet is an adult idea, & a good one to practice for your lifetime. However it is a bit impractical when you deal with kids. Breast milk is balanced, but get past weaning & you must deal with a kid with his/her own ideas about eating. I like to look on kids from the vantage point of a balanced week rather than meal or day. Before school age their brain directs their cravings & does ok.

My boyfriend & I are trying to get pregnant. I'm on Zoloft (sertraline) & my doc is having me get off it slowly; 1 pill every other day for a month & then 1 pill every 3rd day until gone. Does this sound reasonable?

Yes, it's great.: It's best to taper off the zoloft (sertraline) and your doctor has an excellent plan.
