Not effective: These are not at all effective against UTI. They may help reduce symptoms, but cannot cure any kind of infection. She needs an antibiotic. She should see a doctor or clinic, if available (understanding that this can be a challenge for many people in your country) for proper diagnosis and treatment. Or if necessary, ask a pharmacist for an antibiotic like sulfa-trimethoprim or ciprofloxacin.
