Can't be exact about: The cause of headaches because there are several major types, e.g., vascular, sinus, muscular, tension, etc.

So many possbilities: Illness, exposure to toxins incl heavy metals, blood sugar problems, aneurysm, bcp use, etc. Etc. Some are extremely serious and need to be checked out asap.Some more benign but no less painful causes of daily ha: neck problems, rib problems, cranial bone dysfuntion. See physician: You can try tylenol, (acetaminophen) motrin, excedrin, etc. If you don't have other medical conditions, but if you're having them on a daily basis, you should be evaluated by a physician first to make sure it's not something else. Also, you don't want to take meds on a daily basis, as that can cause what's called rebound headache, where you actually get worse headaches that don't respond to treatment.

Excedrin: I don't think it has to do anything with your habit. You are either having tension or stress headache get your blood pressure checked and your vision test.
