sore achy pain under ribs on right side of back tender to touch i have had it over a year sometimes its worse then usual.

Musculoskeletal pain: Treatment depends on the diagnosis but if it's muscle soreness, physical therapy or alternative therapies like acupuncture or chiropractor manipulations are probably the best option. I'd recommend avoiding chronic pain medications. Hope this helps
