I have pain in the heel of my right foot. seems to be worse in the mornings. when walking that pain transfers up into my right calf muscle.

Get evaluated : Start up heel pain can be related to plantar fasciitis or Achilles tendinitis commonly. However if you have any calf pain or swelling please get evaluated to rule out any other issue. A simple exam can often differentiate between the multiple types of heel pain.
