Loloestrin: In the loloestrin pill pack there are 24 pills that are active and 4 inactive pills. The amount of estrogen and progesterone in the active pills is very low. Not having bleeding is a bonus due to the low levels of hormones. If you have not missed any pills there is no need to worry about pregnancy. Many people taking loloestrin do not have bleeding.
