Medication: Hypotone is a brand of high blood pressure medication called Methyldopa available in some countries. If you did not have high blood pressure before pregnancy and high blood pressure is new finding then I am concerned that you may have preeclampsia. If a patient has preeclampsia then this medication may not be appropriate. Contact your doctor to discuss your current situation and clarify the plan
