I had a d&c over 3 weeks ago. i did a pregnancy test 2 days ago and it was positive (1-2 weeks) but the bloods came back negative. i started what i assume is my period but it's a very heavy flow and quite bloody (no other discharge). should i worry?

Pregnancy?: If the "D&C" was secondary to a miscarriage or an abortion, it is possible that a small amount of placental tissue was not removed, which can cause a "positive" pregnancy test. The "very heavy" flow may represent your body's expulsion of the remaining placental tissue, which would make the blood tests negative. See your gyn provider who did the D&C for answers.
