Pregnancy?: If the "D&C" was secondary to a miscarriage or an abortion, it is possible that a small amount of placental tissue was not removed, which can cause a "positive" pregnancy test. The "very heavy" flow may represent your body's expulsion of the remaining placental tissue, which would make the blood tests negative. See your gyn provider who did the D&C for answers.
