Need evaluation: Negative urine pregnancy tests are not always accurate early in pregnancy. However, a positive is usually correct. Assume that you are pregnant until proven otherwise. While some women get nausea and back pain with normal pregnancy, there are complications that can cause the same symptoms. Should be properly evaluated to rule out serious problem and confirm pregnancy.
