Swallowing a concern: Neck pain is extremely common and can have multiple causes and a plain xray may help with diagnosis. The trouble swallowing is y biggest concern and suggest you see a gastroenterologist. Headaches can be tied into the neck pain also. I believe you need a full history and physical and I think it is too early to know what you have. Good luck
