Isolated arm twitching, triceps area last 24-48 hrs. very rapid (twitching) & for a few seconds. no pain. usually occurs in bed. cause for concern?

Doubtful.: Localized twitching (fasciculations) of muscle tend to be benign and are not indicative of a disease. If they were to spread to many other parts of your body, then I would then get a neurologist's opinion but not at this time. Good luck
