Not really: If they find evidence of a sexually transmitted disease the issue would be obvious. However, some women are born without a hymen and some practice intimate sex that would not involve it. In either case virginity would not be obvious. It would be best to actually share the information with the doc so proper and potentially fertility saving testing can be done if needed.
