i have a question about getting my girlfriend pregnant over precum?

Not likely: Precum is mostly just semen without sperm. It's purpose is for lubrication. The chances of pregnancy are low, but not zero. Using a condom or birth control pills betters your odds of avoiding unwanted pregnancy.
