You were misinformed: Attached earlobes are not associated with Turner syndrome at a higher rate than th general population. Some affected infants have loose skin over the back of the neck , a webbed neck, or a low hairline at the back of the neck, puffy hands and feet, and a majority of fingerprint whorls.
