Reactive arthritis?: Chlamydia is one of several infections that can trigger reactive arthritis, but it's not very common. If your joints are not just achy but inflamed (red, swollen, sore to touch or movement), arthritis is some sort is possible. However, ReA usually has other symptoms as well, such as skin rash or conjunctivitis (irritation, redness of the eyes). See a doctor if your symptoms continue.
