No prescription need: Non sedating antihistamines OTC such as cetirizine or laratadine are readily available. Brands include Allegra, Claratin, Zyrtec.....but generics have same benefit at lower cost. Flonase [fluticasone] nasal spray can be used alone or copmbined with oral antihistamine.
