Local outbreak?: Any stomach flu or food poisoning type of illness can have some nausea, bloating, vomiting, diarrhea, tummy pain, tummy cramps, fever, chills, sweating, dizziness, lightheadedness, etc... A person can have some or all of these symptoms. If symptoms are mild, they might go away in a day or two. Sometimes they can be severe or last a whole week. A doctor's exam is needed if symptoms are worrisome.
