You can't.: Once you receive dose of radiation, you've gotten a dose of radiation. That being said, as a radiologist, i've had probably the equivalent of 20 ct scan of my entire body over the past 20 years.

Cure?: When you receive ionizing radiation, it may damage DNA. Damage can lead to cancer. Most of the time, damaged DNA is repaired by our cells. The best cure is to prevention.
