Nonspecific: More information is needed about your symptoms. If generalized body aching is only a day or two old it could be the beginning of a viral,flu like infection treated with resting, drinking adequate fluids and taking Tylenol. If symptoms are more than recent,involve joints, a physician would have to take a thorough history,perform a physical examination and order tests in order to make a diagnosis.
