No need, no worry: Ureaplasma is a normal bacteria in the genital tract. Almost everybody has it some of the time, and it rarely causes symptoms or disease; no prevention is necessary. However, condoms of course are important to prevent true STDs like chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis, HIV, etc.
