Dry eye or pressure?: The quick resolution on landing suggests the cause was dryness, but cabin pressure changes after retina surgery, for example, can cause intraocular pressure elevations. Try using artificial tears for comfort two to four times a day, and see your eye doctor for a glaucoma screening to be 100% certain no problem is overlooked.
