Vomiting: Vomiting is uncomfortable and needs to be diagnosed properly. Call your local PCP, urgent care or go to ER. There are many causes, influenza, gastroenterisits, GI bleeding from stomach, esophageous, pancreatitis, cholecyctitis. The blood specks might only be food particles .Then again GI bleeding is serious as you need to be hospitalized. See a Doctor for diagnosis and treatment.
