i am 33-years old. my sgpt level 128 i/u. bilirubin 1.3. i am a smoker but not drunker. please give me suggestion how to prevention. is it high risk. noted that i have no physical problems yet.

Why is it high?: Follow-up with other labs. You may be sensitive to a medicine, even a simple pain-killer. You may have hepatitis b or c, Wilson's, iron overload, autoimmune hepatitis, or your liver may just be asking you to exercise harder
