Follow Up: Follow up again with your doctor. Lower abdominal pain has many causes. You could have a kidney stone that is now in the bladder. When at the doctors maybe you can get a urine specimen to be sent for culture and sensitivity. It will determine if you have infection, stone, or none of the above. Solutions can't get completed in one visit only. Need to follow up as needed.
