BCP: interrupted: Some antibiotics can interfere with the estrogen in the pill, causing some bleeding. If you took placebos three days later, and took seven, and started a new pack, there is minimal chance of pregnancy. The pill "pack" is an arbitrary number: you can take placebos any time in the cycle, but not more than seven before starting a new pack of active pills.
