Liquid: You can get the liquid childrens ibuprofen at the drugstore. It is usually 100 mg per 5 mls or teaspoon. For a 41 year old you need at least 200 mg dose. So take 2 teaspoonsful. You can take 2-4 teaspoonsful by mouth up to three times a day for the menstral cramps. Ask the pharmacist if you have trouble calculating the dose. It is over the counter medication and they can double check the dose .
