Perhaps: The description of stomach can mean tummy or belly or abdomen. Since you are female I would think Could you be pregnant? Other thoughts are acid reflux, influenza, gastritis or food poisoning, cholecystis, pancreatitis. The headache could go along with a virus as well. Did you get a flu shot?
