Fluttering RLQ: May be gas , do you pass gas shortly afterward?Constipation? If upper abdomen may be gallbladder , if lower abdomen may be ovary or ileitis ( any blood in stool or diarrhea afterward?) or food intolerances ( notice it after certain food?? or even appendix ( though not usual presentation)f/u w/ doc consider ultrasound for gallbladder if upper abdomen, or CT abdomen/pelvis if lower and/ or scope
