Not ovulating: If you are on Yaz birth control and taking it correctly then you are not ovulating. Yaz can offer some improvement in acne but it should not be considered a primary treatment for acne. If you main concern is acne improvement then consider seeing a dermatologist for acne medication. There are many effective options that can work with birth control pills to improve your complexion
