Itching in navel: Itching is an alternative sign of pain. May be gallbladder or liver or even kidney as issues there can cause itching. Or may be fungal infection in navel( any rings?)-could try topical antifungal, or may be stomach /pancreas discomfort. Would get basic labs CBC, CMP to check function. if persists consider ultrasound to check gb, liver ,pancreas or CT abd pelvis. Chec kfor h pylori f/u/ w/ d
