I have a rash on my neck over my thyroid and have been running a low grade temp off and on for weeks. the rash looks similar to a lupus lesion, but not exactly. i have a brother with a type of lupus and i have dm2. can it be lupus?

Probably not: can't really tell from this brief description, lupus diagnosis isn't easy, several criteria have to be met, and blood tests to be checked, your doctor would help you with that. Low grade temperature on and off for weeks can be due to several other causes, wish you wellness
