Could: Be related to Asthma/ cardiac conditions. Any wheezing? Need evaluation by your cardiologist or a pulmonologist

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you and your symptoms warrant evaluation by a physician. What are the precipitating factors? Could it be due to a panic attack? Given your other health conditions, it warrants that you discuss the matter with your doctor. Wish you good health.
