Feels like leaking something from penis, used to have some burning and frequent need to urinate, symptoms reducing over a week. what could it be? occurred after some sexual activity(no penetration, but did wear a condom for the first time)

Urethritis..: It sounds like urethra inflammation - either urinary infection, STD or Latex sensitivity. If you use condom consistently - STD is unlikely but failure can cause infection. Oral or anal sex can transmit variety of bacteria’s as well ( E Coli, Strep, Steph...) not just classic STF as Gonorrhea . Best is to see doctor for urinalysis . Drink plenty of fluids and protect yourself - Always .
