I'm having this burning sensation in my penis area. but it doesn't burn when i urinate. what this could mean? (not sexually active) 19 male.

Burning: This may be from some skin irritation or irritable nerve endings or,if redness is present,low grade yeast infection may be present. See your Physician if symptoms persist or worsen.

Parathesia?: If ever sexually active, I would suspect Herpes. Without any sexual activitiy, it could mean a neurological problem. Please see a physician for history, exam and testing ASAP.
