Ovulation vs scarrin: I presume your fallopian tube was removed because of an ectopic pregnancy/emergency surgery. So, your pain could be from either the local scarring post surgery, and/or, ovulation pain. If it gets worse or you start vomiting (possible bowel obstruction), go to the emergency ward as soon as possible.
