Knot swollen weight: If are has a knot from a weight thrown at your foot I'm assuming it is black and blue at any point would get X-rays to make sure you don't have a fracture if the injury is recent ice area few minutes on few minutes off and get X-ray to rule out possible fracture versus contusion
