PMS: Premenstrual syndrome is what it sounds like you are describing. The most common psychological symptoms are mood swings and the most common physical symptoms are fatigue and body aches. Timing is usually 4 days prior to 3 days after menses start. A normal cycle is 28-35 days with about 14 days in the luteal phase. If you are having regular cycles without heavy bleeding you are probably healthy.
